Situé sur la grande plage du Sillon, le Grand Hôtel des Thermes 5* propose 177 chambres. Il est relié au centre de thalassothérapie des Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo. 

3 restaurants et 2 bars complètent l’offre hôtellerie : 

  • Le Cap Horn vue sur mer pour une carte gastronomique  
  • La Verrière propose une carte traditionnelle et une carte diététique. 
  • La Terrasse est ouverte aux beaux jours 
  • La Passerelle : bar vue sur mer 

Description du poste

Le Grand Hôtel des Thermes recherche pour l'un de ses restaurants un·e chef·fe de rang.

Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement en CDI temps complet 39h par semaine.

Rémunération selon grille HCR.

2 jours de repos consécutifs.

Profil recherché

D'excellente présentation, dynamique et réactif·ve, vous êtes doté·e d'un bon relationnel clientèle et êtes attentif·ve au client pour un accueil agréable, personnalisé et pour la réussite de son séjour.

  • Vous avez acquis une première expérience dans la restauration haut de gamme
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe
  • Anglais souhaité
